HIRING SOON FOR THE 2025 SPORTS SEASONS!

Gator Hospitality will be looking for service-minded individuals to join us in engineering and elevating the premium fan experience. We will be hiring game day staff, which we call FANgineers™, to join the Gator Hospitality team and help operate the premium areas across multiple sporting events starting early February! 

Please note: Because Gator Hospitality is an official office of REVELxp (a private company), we are not considered an "on-campus job" for the University of Florida, therefore we can only hire applicants who are eligible to work in the US for any employer.

WHAT IS A FANgineer™?

FANgineers™ play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days – they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers™ serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers™ also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel.

FANgineers™ get the added bonus of earning (paid) experience in behind-the-scenes game day execution at multiple sports. Pay rate is currently $13 per hour. 

WHEN DOES A FANgineer™ WORK?

FANgineers™ assist with premium hospitality operations for multiple sports! Gator Hospitality currently manages hospitality operations for the following sports during the respective season:

• Football

• Men's Basketball

• Gymnastics

• Baseball

Gator Hospitality asks that FANgineers™ work every home football game (6 games for the 2025 season). 

For other sports such as Men's Basketball, Gymnastics, and Baseball, FANgineers™ are able to create an availability schedule - work as much as you want or when you are able!
